Are you ready to take your pole for a spin? This class is the perfect transition from static to spin pole. A minimum of 3 months of pole experience is strongly suggested.
Executing beautiful pole combos back-to-back takes stamina! This class will test your improv skills, stamina and ability to "Spice It Up". Take what you've learned in your pole classes and "Hit The Stage" for rounds of instructor guided combos. This class is appropriate for beginner through advanced polers; however 2-3 months of pole dance experience will create the best experience
If you have NEVER taken a pole dance class, this is the class for you. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training. From walking around the pole to basic spins and floor work, you will walk away with all you need to join our Beginner Level 1 classes. Please wear shorts, or pants that roll up so that the back of your knees can be exposed. Consider limiting body oils and lotions to create better grip on the pole.

Prepare to learn all about the lyra hoop aerial art. This class will teach you the basics of how to mount the hoop, pose, and transition between poses with flips and rolls. Attire for this class should be fitted and able to protect the back of the knees.
Ready to put in WORK? This is a workout class for all level pole and aerial students that will develop upper body, core and grip strength necessary to execute beautiful combos and transitions.
